The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing content for website, social media and marketing materials, contributing to every stage of the creative process from conceptualization to execution.
Ideal candidates will have:
Solid experience working across a range of projects, with proven design experience of 2+ years.
Professional-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and follow through.
Duties will include:
Take ownership of projects including website design, email marketing design and social media assets.
UX (User Experience Design) and UI (User Interface Design): Review and implement all web interfaces to ensure that users will be able to navigate the website quickly and easily.
Understand and interpret brand goals, integrate style into design, and consistently deliver under deadline.
Think holistically about the design process, from user experience and branding to visual design, mockup, and execution.
Communicating all necessary information effectively with relevant members of the team throughout the production process.
Be aware of trends in the world of small business loans, and be able to utilize and interpret those into excellent creative work.
Location: The company is headquartered in New York City but team members can work remotely anywhere in the US.
